- Practices using Pediatric vaccines (DTap) must maintain a ≥80% GSK Market Share (Pediarix, Kinrix, Infanrix, Boostrix)
- Practices using Adult vaccines (TDap, Hepatitis) must maintain a ≥80% GSK Market Share (Boostrix, Havrix Adult, Engerix-B Adult, Twinrix).
