Access Vaccines LLC Terms of Service
As a Participating Member:
- I understand that there is no cost to join or be a member of Access Vaccines LLC.
- I agree that all products purchased through an Access Vaccines agreement are for the exclusive use of the practice.
- I understand that Access Vaccines contracted vendors (ie. GlaxoSmithKline, Seqirus, AstraZeneca) may share my purchasing data with Access Vaccines. At my request Access Vaccines will provide written notification of these sales to me no less than annually. I understand that vendors of Access Vaccines may pay an administrative service fee for operating and facilitating its contracts with such vendors. This fee will not exceed 3% of my net purchases.
- I agree to keep all Access Vaccines pricing confidential.
- I understand that Access Vaccines intends to comply with all applicable state and Federal laws. As a group purchasing organization, Access Vaccines subject to applicable provisions of the Federal “Safe Harbor” regulations. It is my responsibility and intent to comply with all applicable state and Federal laws including the Medicare and Medicaid anti-kickback statute and Federal “Safe Harbor” regulations.
- I acknowledge that this agreement shall remain in effect unless terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
