Registration Instructions for Joining the
Access Vaccines Prevnar Discount Program
*If you do not already have an account with Pfizer, please create one using the button above*
1. Once you have your Pfizer Prime Contracts Account login info, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the START REGISTRATION button
2. Complete all fields when prompted (email, password, name)
3. Click CONFIRM REGISTRATION
4. Click SIGN IN
5. Enter your Prime Contracts Account email and password
6. Enter the ACCESS VACCINES PBG REGISTRATION CODE: ZZ73H55
7. Enter your Company/practice/clinic name in the Company Name field (red-box) or select your company name from the drop-down menu
8. Provide an identifier for your practice (Pfizer Number, DEA, HIN, 340BID) this is where you add additional locations (using the identifier associated with each location) if your practice has multiple sites
9. Submit
*You must register all locations for your practice in Prime Contracts*
